Spessartite is the orange variety of Garnet. This is also one of the birthstones for January. That makes this ring a great option for either a birthstone ring, or as a classic styled engagement ring.
The shadow box styled bezel enclosure creates a low profile domed top to the ring that is less likely to snag on clothing or pockets than a prong style mounting.
