Description
This is one of 8 pendants in a limited edition series of water drop style pendants. Each one is remarkably different and each one features a natural opal. These pendants are designed to be comfortable against the skin and easy to wear on a day to day basis, and could easily be layered with other chains or necklaces.
This is a larger version in this series, and measures almost 2" long
This particular pendant features a beautiful solid Ethiopian opal, with a buttery color and creamy fire that rolls across the surface.
The silver has a matte oxidized finish to give it a darker look to contrast against the polished gold bezel and bright flush set stones.
The opal measures approximately 12.5mm x 9.5mm, with a high dome and is a well cut oval, no flaws, cracks or pooch.
The pendant is solid sterling silver and the bezel around the opal is solid 14k yellow gold
There are a total of 15 small natural flush set gemstones on the right side.
In order, clockwise from the top, they are: Emerald, Topaz, Ceylon Sapphire, Sapphire, Zircon, Citrine, Ruby, Topaz, Sapphire, Citrine, Emerald, Topaz, Citrine, Ruby and Citrine!
The back of the pendant is stamped with my makers mark and metal purity.
The pendant will come with the an 18" leather chord, with solid sterling silver hook and eye style clasps, which have also been oxidized to match the pendant.
