Description
A new Garnet find in Malawi, Africa brings us this amazing fair trade gem.
This ring uses a setting style that I recently invented that uses five solid sterling silver hardened rods set through a rose gold frame to hold this stunning natural garnet aloft.
The gold frame is also suspended above a sterling silver frame to give the stone a floating specimen like effect with minimal points of contact while remaining strong.
The band design was inspired by the over all ring head design: an industrial theme.
Featuring:
~Solid Sterling Silver base and ring shank - satin finish
~Solid 14k rose gold frame - Polished
~Solid hard sterling Silver rods - Polished
~Each connection is welded in place.
~Natural Malawi Garnet, no treatments, eye clean, Hand cut in Germany by master cutter Miro.
~Garnet Type: Pyralspite garnet, as shown in a microprobe analysis by the gem merchant.
~The color of the stone is a beautiful purplish-pink!
~Will come in a gift box.
NOTE: The purchase of this stone and ring will help support ongoing efforts to provide fair trade and fair compensation ot the people of the Malawi comunity. When I purcahsed this stone, the profits were already forwarded to Malawi.
This is a one of a kind ring, ready to ship.
Cheers,
Austin
